HP, Intel and Yahoo colaborated to make Cloud Computing Research and Education

Here is a good news for the university, cause the three giants company, Hewlett-Packard, Intel Corporation and Yahoo! Inc. will collaborated to make test bed for their project, Cloud Computing Research and Education. For the first step they will be held the test bed in the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore (IDA), the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) in Germany, and the University of Illinois (including National Science Foundation) at Urbana-Champaign. The Cloud Computing Test Bed will be facilitated with 1,000 till 4,000 processor cores from the HP, Intel, and Yahoo! Those included HP hardware and the Intel processors. The test bed will be start in the end of 2008, and they promise to give to the worldwide with selection process.
