Qimonda announced their creation of the new forms of RAM format DDR3 SO-DIMM (Small Outline Dual Inline Memory Module), that designed for the new Centrino platforms 2 platform notebook. This modules run at operating frequency of 1066MHz and its offer capacity of 1Gb or 2Gb. To ensure a profile timing of 7-7-7-21 at the standard voltage has given start from 1.5Volt.
